Pulled the fuse (M12) but that didn't resolve the issue. Brought it to the dealer yersterday, they reseted the 430, issue resolved.

Customer States Phone Service Msg displays. Pulled Code B1560-13 Tested Antenna and Antenna Cables found the Antenna open. Replaced Antenna assembly.
